Objective: Students will be able to answer 80% or more review questions correctly in order to prepare for their test on “A Raisin in the Sun.”

What are your reactions to the end of the play?  What do you believe motivated Walter to change his mind about selling the house back to Mr. Lindner?  If you were Walter, what would you have done?  Explain.

Today: 1) Go over Exit Slips from Friday

2) Go over Practice Quiz for Acts 2-3

3) Watch Act 3 of "A Raisin in the Sun"

4) Introduce Project for "A Raisin in the Sun"

Exit Slip: Do you believe the film version of “A Raisin in the Sun” effectively conveyed the same themes as the play?  Explain why or why not, giving examples from both the play and the film.
